At Joel Bernstein Photography, each photo represents decades of music history and moments of genuine connection — all printed to the highest archival standards. Every order is handled with care and attention, from production to delivery, to ensure your photo arrives safely and exactly as intended.
Below you’ll find our policies on shipping, returns, and terms of sale, all designed to protect collectors and preserve the integrity of Joel’s work.
Shipping Policy
Each archival pigment photo is made to order and handled carefully from production to delivery. We partner with professional photo labs and insured carriers to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
Production & Processing
Because every photo is custom made—often signed or numbered by Joel Bernstein—please allow 4-6 weeks for production before shipment.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by tracking information once your photo ships.
Limited editions or large-format works may require extra time; any delays will be communicated directly.
Shipping Methods
We ship via insured carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. All shipments include tracking, and a signature may be required for high-value works.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on size, framing, and destination.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
International Shipping
- International orders are welcome and shipped via insured, trackable carriers.
- Buyers are responsible for anycustoms duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.
- Delivery times vary and may take up to3–4 weeks, depending on customs processing.
Packaging
All photos are packaged using archival materials in protective tubes or flat boxes.
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us immediately at info@westavemgmt.com with the order number listed in the subject of your email.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot be responsible for lost shipments or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Our Promise
Every order receives personal attention. We take pride in ensuring that Joel Bernstein’s photographs reach collectors and fans worldwide in the same condition they leave the studio—handled with care and respect for the art.
Refund & Return Policy
Each archival pigment photo from Joel Bernstein Photography is produced to order, often signed or numbered by the artist. Because of this, all sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Photos
If your photo arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email info@westavemgmt.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of both the photograph and packaging.
Once reviewed:
- A replacement will be issued at no cost, or
- If replacement isn’t possible (for example, a sold-out limited edition), we’ll issue a full refund.
Damage claims submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in resolving any lost or delayed shipments.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before checkout — address corrections or re-shipments may result in additional fees.
Color & Presentation
All photos are reviewed and approved by Joel Bernstein or his photo lab prior to shipment.
Minor color variations between on-screen images and the final photo may occur and are not considered defects.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order through Joel Bernstein Photography, you agree to the following terms.
Limited Editions & Authenticity
All limited edition prints are produced under Joel Bernstein’s supervision.
Each print is numbered and signed (where indicated) and includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Once an edition sells out, no additional prints in that size or format will be produced.
Custom & Made-to-Order Works
All prints are made to order. Production timelines may vary depending on the image, size, and finish. Every print is reviewed for quality before shipment.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice.
Applicable sales tax will be collected at checkout in accordance with California and U.S. regulations.
Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise specified in writing.
Shipping & Handling
Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Collectors are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees for international shipments.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited-edition nature of our prints, all sales are final.

Ownership & Usage Rights
Purchase of a print grants ownership of the physical artwork only.
All copyright and reproduction rights remain the exclusive property of Joel Bernstein.
Prints may not be scanned, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.
Taxes & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees related to their purchase.
For California-based customers, sales tax is automatically applied at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Governing Law
